A private, invitation-only learning circle for founders and leaders who know there’s more to build and more responsibility in how they build it.
Most leaders don’t need more information.
They’re surrounded by advice, tools, frameworks, templates and noise.
What’s missing is integration. This means clarity about who they are becoming and a new, suitable story they can lead from.
And a trusted, intimate space to think, test and evolve without posturing.
The Visionary League is a 10-week, small-group journey designed to help a handful of leaders:
Re-author the story they’re leading from
Clarify their unique value and responsibility
Study, practice and apply the precious skills that create trust, community and credibility without performance or posturing
Integrate AI and systems wisely without losing human judgment
It blends strategic narrative, psychology, community design, leadership practice and practical experimentation held inside a carefully curated peer environment.

While the final structure is still evolving, the League will likely include:
Weekly live sessions (75 minutes, virtual)
A guided digital workbook, carefully curated resources, reading lists and narrative mapping tools
Small accountability partnerships
A private group space for ongoing dialogue
Access to the wider Humble Mind ecosystem
We will also conclude our 10-week programme with an in-person closing retreat (Europe TBD) for 3-4 days.
